Job summary

Synthesia's Developer Platform team builds internal tools and platforms to accelerate engineering velocity, quality and developer experience. You will own architectural decisions and mentor engineers from day one, driving end-to-end delivery.

You will lead multi-quarter initiatives, partner with leadership to shape the roadmap, and own the health of systems using data-driven decisions in a fast-evolving AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years in senior roles.
• Experience building and operating developer platforms and CI/CD systems.
• Experience leading adoption of AI-powered developer tools.
• Experience owning large technical areas end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural decisions governing feature delivery from inception to production.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical best practices.
• Lead multi-quarter projects with milestones and iterative validation.
• Partner with leadership to shape roadmap and technical strategy.
• Own operational health and use data to drive improvements.
