Job summary

Boozt Fashion ApS is seeking a Backend Developer to join our Malmö-based platform team. You will work on the Warehouse Management System (WMS), implementing core logistics algorithms and integrating with distribution partners and warehouse hardware using OPC UA.

Expect a flat, collaborative culture across cross‑functional teams, with strong emphasis on agile practices and frequent production releases. English fluency is required, and experience with AI coding tools is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend PHP development experience.
• Strong hands‑on Symfony experience.
• Analytical mindset with interest in algorithmic/optimization problems.
• Willingness to use AI coding tools to optimize workflows.
• Fluent English; applications in English only.

Responsibilities

• Model and optimize core logistics algorithms (putaway, picking, sorting, returns).
• Integrate software services with European distribution partners and carriers.
• Integrate backend with warehouse hardware using OPC UA.
• Collaborate with Logistics Product Managers and Warehouse Process teams to ship real‑time improvements.
