Job summary

NAME IT is seeking a Senior PEOPLE Business Partner to work with the Brand Director and leadership to shape the organisation behind Europe’s leading childrenswear brands. You will participate in strategic discussions, coach leaders, and drive people initiatives that support growth and transformation.

Reporting to the Brand Director, you’ll help translate commercial ambitions into PEOPLE priorities and strengthen leadership capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior HR or PEOPLE Business Partner.
• Experience advising senior leaders in a business-facing environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and the ability to connect business priorities with people decisions.
• Experience with organisational development, leadership and change.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
