Impact Fund Denmark is seeking a Senior People & Culture Partner to strengthen delivery across its expanding organisation. You will lead culture and organisational development, partner with senior leaders on capability, performance and people priorities, and drive cross-cutting People & Culture projects.

You will advise Executive Management and the Board, shape the people strategy, and mentor colleagues. This is a senior, hands-on IC role with potential growth toward Head of People & Culture.

Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in Danish and English.
  • Experience in international organisations.

Senior People & Culture Partner

Impact Fund Denmark has changed a lot ina short time. We have grown quickly, welcomed many newcolleaguesand are becoming a larger, more international investment organisation.The same goes for People & Culture and we need and experienced People & Culture professionalto strengthen our deliveries in the next phase.

The next phase is about making that growth work well: helping teams come together, strengthening leadership and buildingand implementingpeople practices that are robust enough for a more complex organisation without becoming unnecessarily heavy.

We are looking for a senior People & Culture professional with a proventrack recordacross the full HR agenda, including culture and organisational development. You will bring experience and judgement that strengthen the whole function, with the ambition and potential to be considered for the Head of People & Culture role within three to four years. We also welcome experienced former Heads of People & Culture who want to contribute at this level as an individual contributor.

Youwill servethewholeorganisation, where you will partner closely with senior leaders on organisational, leadership,performanceand people questions. You will also take responsibility for selected People & Culture prioritiesand projectsacross Impact Fund Denmark.

You will be a senior sparring partner to the Head of People & Culture and Executive Management, bringing the confidence and experience to challenge established thinking, shape our people strategy and lead its implementation. We expect you to contributeexpertisethat colleagues across People & Culture, including its leadership, can learn from.

You will report to our Head of People & Culture.

Whatyou’llbeworkingon

Apart of your role will be spent working directly with leaders across our investment organisation. The questions willvary:how a team should be structured, what capabilities we need next, how to addressandbuildperformance, how we strengthen succession, or what senior management needs to know before making a people decision.

  • leadculture and organisational development initiatives, translating our values and strategic priorities into everyday leadership behaviours, strongercollaborationand clear accountability for performance
  • adviseseniorleaders and Executive Management on organisational, capability, performance and complex peoplemattersacross headquarters and regional offices
  • prepare analysis,recommendationsand decision material for Executive Management and, when relevant, the Board
  • support organisational and job design as teams, mandates and responsibilities evolve
  • advise onemployee relations matters withinlocalemployment law and our agreementsacross headquarters and regional offices
  • use people data toidentifypatterns, challengeassumptionsand support better decisions
  • take ownership of selected People & Culture projects that cut across the organisation
  • work with People Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure that peopleprocesseshave clear approvals,appropriate controlsand traceable documentation, supporting compliance and auditability under the Danish standards on public-sector auditing (SOR)
  • work closely with colleagues in Recruitment, People Operations and People Development, and coach and mentor People & Culture colleagues to strengthen their business partnering skills and prepare them for broader responsibilities
  • We arecurrentlyarelatively leanPeople & Culture function. That means there is notaspecialist team to hand work over to. If a recommendation requires analysis, a presentation, a newprocessor careful implementation, you should be comfortabletakingownership anddoing that work yourself.

There is no single background that will make someone successful in this role, but you will need substantial experience dealing withthe full People & Culture agenda,strategy and policy work,senior stakeholders andan organisation that has really great people and leaders with massive potential.

We would expect you to bring:

substantial experience in a broad senior HR Business Partner, PeoplePartneror People leadership rolein international organisations

experience advising senior executives directly on organisational and people decisions

demonstrated experience across the full HR agenda, including people strategy, culture and organisational development, recruitment, leadership development, performance, talent and succession, reward, employeerelationsand HR governance

practical experience with organisational design and complex employee matters

strong analytical skills and an ability to turn complicated information into a clear point of view and useful recommendations

evidence that you can take work from diagnosis through to implementation rather than relying on large specialist teams

solid knowledge of Danish employment law and HR practice; knowledge oflocalemployment lawacrossourregionaloffices is considered an advantage

professional fluency inDanishand English

It would be useful, but is not essential, if you also have experience with one or more of the following:

This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports.

You will be the main People & Culture partner for our investment organisation, working directly with senior investment leaders. At the same time, you will own selected priorities that matter across Impact Fund Denmark and work closely with the Head of People & Culture.

The role will suit someone who likes that combination: being in the room for senior discussions, then staying close enough to the work to make sure somethingactually happensafterwards.

You should be comfortable moving between an Executive Management discussion, detailed analysis and the practical conversations needed to implement a decision.

Position:Permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week including lunch
