Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior Production Methods Engineer for an onshore role in Esbjerg, Denmark. The candidate will manage offshore/onshore interfaces, support shutdown planning, and lead production optimization initiatives.

A strong background in P&ID, processes, and SAP is essential. Education must include a Bachelor's or Master’s in Science or Petroleum Engineering, with 10+ years in Oil & Gas and experience in cross-cultural and offshore environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally offshore.
• Strong knowledge of P&ID, drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP; analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and interface with offshore/onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks to optimize production between offshore and onshore teams.
• Lead and participate in HSE-related activities and risk assessments.
• Support shutdown planning and maintenance with cross‑discipline input.
• Drive production optimization initiatives and minor projects.
• Provide Tier 1 support and coaching to Production Methods Engineers.
