Maersk in Copenhagen is seeking a Naval Architecture specialist to join Fleet Technology, contributing across the full vessel lifecycle from concept design to major conversions and recycling.
You will lead engineering projects, collaborate with shipyards and internal teams, and work in a truly global environment. The role requires a degree in Naval Architecture and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong English communication.

Based at our headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen, we’re building the blueprint for carbon‑neutral shipping—and we’re looking for your expertise to help make it happen.
You’ll join Fleet Technology, working alongside highly skilled project managers and engineers across multiple disciplines in a truly global environment. In this role you get the opportunity to contribute across the full vessel lifecycle - from concept design and major conversions to innovation initiatives and vessel recycling.
