Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an experienced Lead MEP Engineer in Denmark to lead multi-discipline interfaces across Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA domains. You will act as the primary technical interface between the client, FIA team, AE, PMC, SPCs, and vendors, driving planning, risk management and issue resolution.

The role requires strong client-facing capability, engineering judgement, and ownership of complex interface coordination across OFE, CSA and MEP scopes.

Qualifications

• The candidate will lead and coordinate MEP interfaces across disciplines.
• Strong client-facing capabilities and engineering judgement are essential.
• Experience in multi-discipline project coordination and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP interface coordination from early engagement to delivery.
• Coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, CSA interfaces and BIM coordination.
• Prepare and drive weekly progress tracking and risk reviews.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and SPCs to resolve design clashes.
