Job summary

Job-Link A/S is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer for a long-term project in the pharmaceutical industry. The role blends strong mechanical engineering with leadership, coordination and hands-on delivery.

The candidate will own mechanical work packages, coordinate across disciplines, review solutions and documentation, and support procurement with suppliers and contractors. Residence in Denmark and work permit are required.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within mechanical engineering.
• Experience from pharma, life science or another process-driven industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, installations and piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of mechanical work packages and deliverables.
• Coordinate mechanical activities across disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Develop and review technical solutions, specifications and documentation.
• Follow equipment and installations from design through execution and commissioning.
• Support procurement and work closely with suppliers and contractors.
• Follow up on quality, progress and technical issues during project execution.
• Participate in testing, handover and commissioning activities.
• Identify challenges early and help drive practical solutions.
• Delegate and follow up on tasks when relevant.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team.
