Job summary

Zenvo Automotive seeks a motivated Materials Planning Lead to coordinate material requirements across vehicle production, ensuring parts are planned, ordered and available to support hypercar manufacturing.

The role connects production schedules, purchasing and material availability via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping to build a reliable planning process across Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Engineering and Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials planning, production planning or supply chain coordination in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management and MRP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 BC is a plus.
• Experience with BOMs, production schedules and component data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material requirements with vehicle production schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Use Business Central to plan and monitor material demand, stock availability and purchase requirements.
• Translate BOMs into material requirements and delivery dates.
• Identify shortages and coordinate with Purchasing to resolve before impact.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming material requirements and long lead items.
• Support prototype, development and customer builds with appropriate materials.
• Communicate material shortages and recovery actions across the business.
