The Lego Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to shape strategy, guide portfolio decisions, and steward key external relationships including the LEGO Foundation partnership. As our Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll shape partnership strategy, guide portfolio decisions, and steward some of the most important external relationships, including the LEGO Foundation partnership. You'll oversee a global portfolio of NGO partnerships, coalition memberships, alliances, and foundation relationships while leading a small team and working closely with senior leaders to strengthen impact, influence, and effectiveness across the portfolio.

You'll join a team focused on helping social impact efforts create greater value and reach. We work collaboratively across functions and through a hybrid rhythm that brings people together to solve complex challenges. Change agility, critical thinking, design thinking, storytelling, stakeholder relationship management, social engagement, business acumen, and collaboration are important parts of how the team works and learns together.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen partnership governance, refine portfolio choices, and identify new opportunities for collaboration, learning, and influence. You'll work closely with the Senior Director, VP Social Impact, colleagues across Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Communications, Public Affairs, regional teams, and senior external partners to advance meaningful outcomes for children and communities.
