LEGO in Billund, Denmark is seeking an End2End Specialist within Mould Design to drive quality improvements across the organization. You will identify opportunities, set priorities for end-to-end projects, and work with specialists and leaders to define and implement technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Delivered quality improvement initiatives across complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Led large cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Applied root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving using a Six Sigma approach.
• Managed development, enhancement, or deployment of manufacturing or process solutions.
• Built experience across injection moulding, mould processes, and related production environments.
• Completed a master's degree in engineering or a related discipline including production, industrial, mechanical, or chemical engineering.

About the role

As our End2End Specialist within Mould Design, you will drive quality improvements across the first LEGO® Mould Design organization. You'll identify where the greatest opportunities exist, set priorities for end-to-end projects, and work closely with specialists and leaders across multiple departments to define and implement the right technical solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping quality, capability development, and engineering excellence while leading complex initiatives from investigation through implementation.

Required Qualifications
