Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an End2End Specialist within Mould Design to drive quality improvements across the first LEGO Mould Design organization. You will identify opportunities, set priorities for end-to-end projects, and collaborate with specialists and leaders to implement the right technical solutions.

You will shape quality, capability development, and engineering excellence while leading complex initiatives from investigation through implementation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Delivered quality improvements in complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Led cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Applied root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving (Six Sigma).
• Experience with injection moulding, mould processes, and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality-focused end-to-end projects across the Mould Design organization.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend technical solutions to leadership.
• Coordinate specialists on high-priority engineering challenges.
• Lead development of new equipment and future processing capabilities.
