LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark is seeking an End2End Specialist within Mould Design to drive quality improvements across the organisation, leading cross-functional projects from investigation to implementation.
You'll shape quality and engineering excellence while coordinating specialists and leading the development of new equipment and processing capabilities, mitigating timelines and budgets risks along the way.
Job Description
As our End2End Specialist within Mould Design, you will drive quality improvements across the first LEGO® Mould Design organization. You'll identify where the greatest opportunities exist, set priorities for end-to-end projects, and work closely with specialists and leaders across multiple departments to define and implement the right technical solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping quality, capability development, and engineering excellence while leading complex initiatives from investigation through implementation.
If you've worked in a role where you've improved an entire value chain, delivered complex engineering improvements, and helped resolve business-critical technical challenges, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect technical insight with practical implementation and measurable business impact.
You'll work closely with specialists, leaders, and quality stakeholders across the Mould Design community and related engineering functions. Success comes from curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in understanding how different parts of the value chain connect. You'll be someone who can listen to diverse perspectives, bring people together around shared goals, and maintain a broad view while solving complex technical challenges.
You're the person teams turn to when complexity creates uncertainty. Success means helping the organization make informed technical decisions, driving critical cross-functional improvements, and ensuring knowledge is shared across the business. You'll work closely with engineering specialists, business stakeholders, and quality leaders to build stronger processes, improve product quality, and shape future manufacturing capabilities.
