Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark seeks a Senior Manager – Low Volume Moulds to lead approximately 15 toolmakers and industrial technicians from mould construction through production readiness. You will align global processes, move new tech from development into scalable manufacturing, and collaborate across international teams.

You will shape a high-performance mould operations function, improving efficiency, quality and delivery in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Applied technical mould expertise to resolve steel corrections and optimise moulding-machine performance.
Led a manufacturing or engineering team with demonstrated delivery performance.
Improved existing manufacturing or engineering processes through optimisation and simplification.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Low Volume Moulds team, with clear ownership from mould construction through manufacturing and production readiness.
Industrialise multi-component moulding and embed new technology into daily operations.
Reduce lead times and costs while maintaining quality and reliable delivery.
Build technical capability within the team as the low-volume portfolio grows.
Introduce robust design principles and strengthen process management and business execution.
Drive technical initiatives and make informed decisions on operational risks and priorities.
