Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of about 10 specialists—mechanical engineers and project managers—responsible for delivering special novelties through the LEGO novelty development flow.

You will oversee decoration and assembly solutions from design handover to production, balancing quality, cost, and timing while guiding projects with high technical complexity and tight timelines to reduce risk across the novelty portfolio.

Qualifications

• Led engineering or project teams delivering complex technical projects.
• Managed project delivery with accountability for quality, cost, and timeline outcomes.
• Built expertise within engineering-related environments or comparable technical fields.
• Directed technical leads and provided guidance on development, design, or equipment-related work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialist team responsible for delivering special novelties according to business case commitments.
• Drive risk reduction across the novelty portfolio and support successful novelty introductions.
• Ensure continuous improvements are implemented throughout the novelty flow.
• Oversee technical development projects requiring additional leadership due to complexity or timing.
• Support resolution of production or launch-related issues connected to novelty implementation.
