Job summary
The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark seeks a Senior Manager to lead a team of ~10 specialists delivering special novelties across global production sites. You will balance quality, timing, and cost while supervising decoration and assembly solutions from handover to production.
You will guide projects of high complexity, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Product Development and production stakeholders to ensure successful launches and sustainable operations.
Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering or project teams on complex technical projects.
- Accountable for quality, cost, and timeline outcomes in delivery.
- Built expertise in engineering-related environments or related fields.
- Led technical leads and guided development, design, or equipment work.
- Delivered structured PM processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication (C1+) written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ~10 specialists delivering special novelties.
- Drive risk reduction across the novelty portfolio.
- Ensure continuous improvements through the novelty flow.
- Oversee technical development projects with higher complexity or timing.
- Support resolution of production or launch issues related to novelty implementation.
- Transform designs from Product Development into scalable manufacturing solutions.
