Job summary

UNOPS is seeking a Senior Manager, Investigation (Fraud) to lead the fraud and corruption investigative portfolio in Copenhagen. You will drive strategy, mentor the investigations team, and strengthen institutional risk management across the organization.

The role requires managing complex investigations, defining investigation plans, and ensuring high-quality reports consistent with UNOPS standards. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote ethical conduct and robust

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in law, accounting or related discipline with substantial relevant investigations experience.
• Desirable: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee fraud and corruption investigations across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic direction and policy development for investigative practices.
• Manage the investigations team, including planning, allocation, performance management and development.
• Ensure investigations adhere to UNOPS policies, standards and guidelines.
• Advise on institutional risks and mitigation measures from fraud investigations.
