UNOPS in Copenhagen seeks a Senior Manager, Investigation (Workplace Conduct & SEAH) to lead the workplace conduct and SEAH investigations portfolio. You will guide complex investigations, ensure timely, impartial results, and advise on institutional risks and safeguarding measures.

You will build and lead a dedicated investigations team, set standards, and collaborate with management, HR, and external partners to maintain accountability and integrity across operations.

Qualifikationen

• Seven+ years in professional investigatory work or related fields.
• Experience with sexual exploitation and abuse investigations.
• Experience managing investigations and international investigations.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for Workplace Conduct & SEAH portfolio and monitor caseloads.
• Lead and develop investigations team; supervise performance and donor reporting
• Oversee complex investigations ensuring adherence to UNOPS policies and victim-centered methods
• Advise on institutional risks, policy matters and safeguarding measures
• Contribute to development and improvement of IAIG policies and guidance
• Engage with stakeholders including HR, Ethics Office and external partners to prevent misconduct
• Promote innovation to adopt best-practice approaches in investigations
