Who you'll work with

You will join M1 Purification, a department of around 250 people organised across five support teams and a production department of seven production teams, operating two lines that produce strategically important products for Novo Nordisk. As part of the leadership team, you will work closely with your leadership colleagues to drive alignment, ensure strong cross-functional collaboration, and deliver stable and consistent operational performance. In Global Manufacturing & Supply, colleagues work across the value chain to scale processes and products for the people who need them. In API IO Manufacturing M1 you will collaborate with a skilled team and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, delivering reliable API supply on to Drug Product manufacturing.

Salary:

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position. Placement within the range is assessed during recruitment based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience.
