Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of operational M&E procedures and tools.
• 10+ years of relevant maintenance/engineering experience.
• Formal education in Maintenance/IT/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Leads structured updating and maintenance on designated equipment.
• Ensures quality and food safety within own area of responsibility.
• Drives continuous improvement and supports optimization with data-driven insights.
• Complies with Arla Foods' standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Performs predictive maintenance on complex line equipment.
• Performs corrective maintenance for equipment failures and breakdowns.
• Keeps plant maintenance records up to date and compliant.
