Job summary

Zealand Pharma A/S is seeking a Senior Lean Specialist to drive lean standardization across GMP processes and lead process mapping initiatives. You will coach production teams and act as a trusted advisor while bringing senior credibility to change initiatives.

You will join the Manufacturing department, consisting of 8 specialists, and contribute to tech development, manufacturing, drug product supply, and related activities in a collaborative, outcome-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Lean qualification such as Lean Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Strong people skills and proven experience with informal leadership of teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, structured problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive lean standardization of processes across the organization.
• Lead and facilitate process mapping activities at all levels.
• Train and coach employees in structured problem solving.
• Drive complex problem-solving in a structured, methodical way.
• Act as a sparring partner for department management on continuous improvement initiatives.
