Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Lean qualification such as Lean Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong people skills and informal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive lean standardization across the organization.
• Lead process mapping activities at all levels.
• Train and coach employees in structured problem solving.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with a methodical approach.
• Act as sparring partner for management on CI.
