Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Laboratory Technician for Chemical Operations to join our non-GMP pilot facility in Bagsværd. You will help transform developed processes into robust pilot-scale operations, contributing to commissioning and bringing new reactors online with colleagues.

You will work with reactors, filtration and purification systems, and process control, gaining broad experience as the facility evolves. A dynamic, daytime-focused role with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Hold an education as a Laboratory Technician, Process Technologist or similar technical qualification.
• Hands-on experience with chemical modification processes at laboratory, pilot, or production scale.
• Solid theoretical understanding of chemical processes and operations.
• Interest in process technology, equipment operation, and process control.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing, and executing chemical modification processes in the pilot facility.
• Implementing newly developed API manufacturing processes from development into pilot-scale production.
• Supporting operation, troubleshooting, and optimisation of equipment and processes.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal standards.
• Contributing to the daily operation and continuous improvement of the pilot facility.
