Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Laboratory Technician for Chemical Operations to join a new non-GMP technical pilot facility in Bagsværd, collaborating across technicians, chemists, and process specialists to scale up API processes. You will help commission reactors, optimize operations, and document activities to support future pipeline development.

Qualifications

Hold an education as a Laboratory Technician, Process Technologist or similar technical qualification.
Hands-on experience with chemical modification processes at laboratory, pilot, or production scale.
Solid theoretical understanding of chemical processes and operations.
Interest in process technology, equipment operation, and process control.
English communication and collaborative work.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and execute chemical modification processes in the pilot facility.
Implement newly developed API manufacturing processes from development into pilot-scale production.
Support operation, troubleshooting, and optimisation of equipment and processes.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal standards.
Contribute to the daily operation and continuous improvement of the pilot facility.
