Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Client Engineering or similar in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and MEM.
• Hands-on Windows/macOS administration and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Windows and macOS endpoint environments for security and productivity.
• Implement and optimize endpoint security policies and ZTNA technologies.
• Act as senior technical expert for complex endpoint challenges and long-term solutions.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve performance and efficiency across global client architecture.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, Infra, and Applications teams to ensure high-quality end-user experience.
