Job summary

Saxo Bank, headquartered in Denmark, is seeking a Compliance professional to join the Prudential Oversight team within Group Compliance. The role focuses on ICT compliance oversight across DORA, incident management, and data governance, partnering with international teams to strengthen regulatory adherence.

You'll advise on regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to the development of Saxo's compliance framework while engaging stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT compliance and risk management, with focus on regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with ICT governance, data quality and advisory work related to ICT.
• Knowledge of DORA or NIS2 is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance risk assessments within ICT risks, operational risks and data risks, with a focus on DORA requirements
• Provide advice, challenge and compliance opinions to the business on regulatory requirements and risks
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities, including follow-up and closure of recommendations
• Contribute to regular compliance reporting to senior management
• Collaborate with Saxo’s Compliance Team in India
• Interact with the business across organisational levels and seniority
• Participate in developing Saxo’s compliance framework
