Saxo Bank in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a compliance professional to join the Prudential Oversight team within Group Compliance. The role centers on ICT compliance, risk assessments and regulatory oversight across the ICT organisation.

You will work with Danish and international Compliance colleagues, contributing to DORA/NIS2 compliance, incident management and third‑party ICT governance. The team values collaboration, expertise and a pragmatic mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in ICT compliance, regulatory risk and data governance.
• Experience with ICT governance, risk assessments and advisory work.
• Familiarity with DORA or NIS2 is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance risk assessments focusing on ICT risks and data risks.
• Provide advice and compliance opinions to the business on regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, follow-up and closure of recommendations.
• Contribute to regular compliance reporting to senior management.
• Develop Saxo's compliance framework in collaboration with the team.
• Collaborate with Compliance in India and across the organization.
