Job summary

Saxo Bank is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join our Onboarding and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) team in Denmark. You will identify, assess, and manage non-financial risks, support compliance, and help embed risk awareness across the organization.

You will work with stakeholders across Denmark, the Netherlands, India, and other locations to ensure robust controls, documentation, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in risk management within a financial institution.
• Understanding of non-financial risk, governance, controls, compliance or audit is valuable.
• Ability to translate risk considerations into practical business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage non-financial risks across Onboarding and ODD.
• Support controls, compliance, and audit-related activities.
• Document policies, procedures, risks, and controls; coordinate Business Continuity Planning.
