Job summary

Zenvo is seeking a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to build robust HR foundations during a rapid growth phase. You will advise leadership, lead recruitment, and implement HR processes in an international, fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably as HR BP or HR Manager.
• Background from automotive, engineering, manufacturing or tech.
• Solid knowledge of Danish employment law; Sweden experience is a plus.
• Experience implementing an HR system.
• Commercially minded, practical, and able to challenge managers constructively.
• Discreet with sound judgement and high integrity.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A relevant degree in HR, business administration or organizational psychology.

Job Summary

Zenvo is growing. We are around 100 people today and will expand significantly as we scale up production. We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to build the HR foundations that growth requires, and to be a trusted, candid advisor to our leaders along the way.

This role is for someone who wants to build, not maintain. You will move between strategy and day-to-day HR in an international, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise managers and leadership on organization, workforce planning, performance and employee relations, including the difficult conversations.
• Plan and support recruitment through a period of strong growth, with a focus on key and specialist roles.
• Lead the implementation of our new HRM system (Rippling) and its integration with Microsoft Business Central.
• Build and improve core HR processes: contracts, onboarding and offboarding, policies, performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Danish and Swedish employment law, and guide managers in applying it.
• Set up HR reporting and KPIs (turnover, absence, engagement, hiring) and turn the data into recommendations.
• Support organizational change as teams grow and structures evolve.
• Strengthen engagement, retention and a culture of feedback and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR, ideally as HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with strong experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Background from automotive, engineering, manufacturing or technology. High-performance automotive is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Danish employment law. Experience with Sweden is an advantage.
• Experience implementing an HR system is an advantage.
• Commercially minded and practical, and confident challenging managers constructively.
• Discreet, with sound judgement and high integrity.
