Job summary

Danske Commodities A/S in Aarhus seeks a senior portfolio lead for its German flexibility portfolio. You will own end-to-end performance, including P&L, risk, pricing, profitability and long-term value creation across the German market.

Working across origination, technology and operations, you will drive growth through commercial offerings, contract negotiations and robust valuation methods, while monitoring market design and regulation to translate insights into actionable portfolio actions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading energy portfolios with P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of German power markets and market design.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end performance of the German flexibility portfolio, including P&L, risk management, pricing, profitability and long-term value creation.
• Driving portfolio growth by developing commercial offerings and supporting contract negotiations.
• Monitoring market design, regulation and competitive developments and translating changes into portfolio strategies.
• Acting as portfolio lead across originators, technology, analytics and operations to optimize performance.
• Continuously improving portfolio management capabilities by developing tools and processes.
