Job summary

NORDEN is a global provider of ocean-based freight services, delivering tailored, data-driven decisions across shipping. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Chartering Analytics to help chartering teams make smarter commercial decisions, from idea to production, and to build frameworks that empower others to do the same.

You will work with FastAPI and Next.js on Azure, collaborating with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to deliver real value for day-to-day decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack data products and tools that support chartering teams in making commercial decisions.
• Own end-to-end work from development to production operations.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python and FastAPI and frontend in Next.js.
• Develop shared frameworks, tooling and platform components to move ideas to production faster.
• Use agentic and AI-native development as part of how we build software.
• Strengthen engineering practices across testing, CI/CD, version control, containerisation and observability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers and commercial colleagues to deliver real value.
