Job summary

Boosters R&D in Denmark is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer who will own backend development, infrastructure, and high-impact features from concept to launch, using Node.js, TypeScript, and AI-native tooling.

You will work in a lean, autonomous team with the Tech Lead to shape architecture, build scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, and deliver reliable, secure solutions that drive product growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend/full-stack experience with a strong backend focus.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with production-grade apps.
• Frontend development with React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design, and performance optimization.
• Software architecture and scalable system design.
• AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).
• Experience using AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product features end-to-end from ideation to release.
• Analyze market trends and propose features to boost user acquisition and retention.
• Develop backend services with Node.js/TypeScript; contribute to frontend as needed.
• Collaborate on architecture and technical direction with Tech Lead.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance.
• Advance AI-native engineering with agentic coding tools for efficient development.
• Establish engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, and workflows.
• Own technical initiatives and continuously improve product quality and engineering efficiency.
