5Blue Software builds an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform for security, risk, and compliance automation with a global customer base. We seek a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to shape architecture, implement features, and mentor peers on our cloud-based platform.

You will own end-to-end features, work across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) with REST APIs, databases, and cloud services, in a fast-growing team that values strong engineering and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development with React
• Backend experience with Node.js (C#, Java, or C++ also relevant)
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud provider; microservices architecture
• Ability to own a feature or technical project end to end
• Strong software design fundamentals and self-driven problem solving
• English Upper-Intermediate level and above
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive, performant frontends in React and shape the platform's UI/UX architecture
• Implement backend logic and integrate with third-party APIs as part of full-stack feature delivery
• Participate in architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable software
• Work with Product and stakeholders to shape requirements and break them into tasks
• Mentor teammates and uphold coding standards
• Improve UI performance, scalability, and maintainability with industry trends
