Job summary

Factbird is seeking a Senior Full Stack Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud team in Copenhagen. You’ll own features end-to-end across React frontend and Rust/Node.js backend in a multi-account AWS environment.

We value pragmatic, proactive engineers who mentor others, shape architecture, and ship with strong testing and design. You’ll collaborate across teams, participate in RFCs, and help set technical standards while communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience since completing a relevant Masters.
• Full stack experience: frontend (React) and backend (Rust/Node.js).
• Comfort with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Experience shipping features independently with testing and clean design.
• Strong English communication.
• Experience designing systems from scratch and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from idea to production.
• Build frontend features in React and backend in TypeScript/Node.js or Rust.
• Write infrastructure as code for the systems you build.
• Contribute to sprint planning and architecture decisions.
• Mentor other engineers and set technical standards.
