Job summary

Rumli is building a full-service proptech platform powered by AI-native technology, serving landlords and tenants with seamless workflows and automated operations. The team emphasizes real customers, production-grade AI agents, and a scalable product architecture in a Nordic expansion plan.

You will shape the architecture of a greenfield platform, own features end-to-end—from database to API to UI—and ship fast with prototypes, while scaling across the Nordics and building AI into core product

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript/Node.js proficiency with practical experience in full-stack development.
• Experience with AWS and modern frontend frameworks is required.
• Ability to design and ship features end-to-end in a fast-growing product.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our co-founder to shape the platform architecture.
• Own features end-to-end — database to API to UI.
• Ship fast with mockups, prototypes, and iterations.
• Make architectural decisions scalable across the Nordics.
• Integrate AI into core product features.
