Job summary

Relesys is seeking a Mid-level Frontend Engineer to strengthen the UX across our employee engagement platform. You will build UI/UX improvements, collaborate with product and backend teams, and contribute to high-quality frontend solutions for a scalable SaaS platform.

Join a growth-focused team with offices in Vilnius, Odense, and Copenhagen. You will work with modern JavaScript libraries (Angular/React/TypeScript) and shape the frontend road map alongside Domain Experts and Product Designers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (Angular, React, TypeScript).
• Comfort working with Visual Studio, Git, Jira, and Figma.
• Interest in UI/UX and attention to detail in frontend solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class UI/UX across the platform.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to design and implement features.
• Work with engineers and testers to deliver high-quality frontend solutions.
• Lead and drive new functionality and improvements on the Relesys platform.
• Partner with Domain Experts and Product Designers to define features.
