Performativ Aps in Copenhagen is building a modern platform for portfolio management, reporting, and fee management used by wealth managers, asset managers, and financial institutions across Europe.

You will join a collaborative team to transform complex data and client requirements into accurate, reusable outputs, and shape configurable workflows with AI-assisted features while upholding quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Solid software-engineering judgment and interest in developing product and financial-domain understanding.
• Experience with investment reporting, fee calculations, portfolio data, or document generation is valuable.
• Familiarity with configurable workflows and AI-assisted features is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build reporting and fee-management capabilities turning complex portfolio data and client requirements into accurate, understandable outputs.
• Work closely with users and customer-facing colleagues to understand real workflows and distinguish reusable product needs from one-off requests.
• Develop self-service configuration and AI-assisted workflows with clear validation, permissions, review steps, and safeguards for untrusted input.
• Investigate issues across data, calculations, configuration, and presentation, delivering permanent, observable, testable solutions.
• Direct AI agents to produce much of the implementation and review their decisions to keep systems understandable and extensible.
