Job summary
Fastned UK Limited is seeking a Senior Site Acquisition/Expansion Manager to drive the growth of fast charging locations in Denmark, with Copenhagen as a base. You will secure prime real estate, negotiate with landowners, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe to deliver live stations aligned with Fastned’s European expansion plan.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in site acquisition or property development
- Strong contract knowledge (commercial, planning, legal)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Sales-driven and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
Responsibilities
- Secure prime real estate in high-traffic areas for Fastned stations
- Identify, negotiate and acquire locations with landowners, authorities or external parties
- Develop and execute a robust network development plan for the region
- Collaborate with design, planning, construction, legal and operations teams for smooth handover to live stations
- Lead negotiations with confidence and build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
