Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in collaboration with MAC is seeking a Senior Event Artist based in Copenhagen. You will lead in-store artistry, support the Commercial team in sales and service, and connect with customers through events, masterclasses, and social content.

Approximately 50% time on the shop floor and 50% on artistry tasks, reporting to the Department Store Manager. You will manage Artist Relations and local AR initiatives, introduce new product launches, and drive PRO membership

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MAC experience.
• Advanced make-up skills.
• Retail cosmetics experience.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Business-minded with KPI awareness.
• Active on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficient in a Scandinavian language and English.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and authentic customer experience and achieve individual sales targets.
• Train, coach, and inspire the make-up artists and content creators in store.
• Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues and manager.
• Drive makeup bookings, in-store events and workshops.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to support business objectives.
