Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to support enterprise customers in launching our AI-powered SaaS platform. You will learn and train others on the Intellect product suite, conduct onboarding, and strategically guide implementations from discovery through go-live while aligning with business requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in software/SaaS implementation, strong knowledge of QMS and regulatory frameworks, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS, CFR 21 Part 11, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on the Intellect product suite.
• Onboard new customers and guide enterprise implementations.
• Train customers and team members on the product suite.
• Translate business requirements into system design.
• Manage activities to meet milestones and drive completion.
• Maintain relationships with enterprise stakeholders (VP/C-suite).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales.
