Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with regulatory analysis or regulation of energy sector is preferred.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Structured problem solving and ability to translate analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy economic and regulatory analyses of electricity markets, offshore wind, and energy system.
• Develop regulatory positions and solutions at offshore wind-grid-market interface.
• Prepare clear narratives and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships.
