Job summary

Orsted is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Analyst to shape regulatory positions on electricity markets, offshore wind, and the energy system. You will translate complex questions into actionable recommendations and share insights with colleagues, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.

You will be part of a collaborative Regulatory Affairs Energy Markets team, working across markets and business units, with public authorities and EU institutions.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with regulatory analysis in energy sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy economic and regulatory analyses of electricity markets and offshore wind.
• Identify key questions, evaluate evidence, and develop clear recommendations and narratives.
• Develop regulatory positions at the interface between offshore wind, grids, and energy markets.
• Present findings to specialists and non-specialists, and communicate insights clearly.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and build robust networks.
