Job summary

Deel is seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity professional to safeguard our global SaaS platform. You will act as SME for endpoint security, manage policy configurations across SWG, CASB and ZTNA, and drive DLP, SSPM and vulnerability management across endpoints, cloud assets, and SaaS apps.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cybersecurity, hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, InsightVM, Tenable and Qualys, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deploy enterprise security solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on with security tools like EDR, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, SSPM and DLP.
• Experience managing vulnerability of OS and applications for endpoints using CrowdStrike Spotlight, InsightVM, Tenable, Qualys.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST, CIS, ISO27001, SOC and other cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to rollout enterprise security solutions.
• Understanding and ability to utilize Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure; SIEM experience a plus.
• Excellent English in both verbal and written.
• On-call schedule for weekends, activations for P1s.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools and improve Deel’s security posture for remote endpoints and cloud assets.
• Configure, manage and tune security policies within SWG, CASB and ZTNA; assist remote colleagues.
• Improve SaaS security posture with SSPM; coordinate with application owners to resolve configuration drifts.
• Design, audit and enforce browser security policies and DLP across endpoints, SaaS apps and networks.
• Run vulnerability management programs for endpoints and servers in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support security tooling across AWS, GCP and Azure, and participate in cross-functional security initiatives.
