Arting Green in North Zealand is seeking an Electronics Engineer to help develop the embedded hardware behind the next generation of defence products. You will work across electronics, embedded software and mechanical engineering in a lean, fast-moving team.
You will design and validate embedded hardware, create schematics and PCB layouts (Altium), and collaborate on hardware-software integration. The role emphasizes hands-on development and rapid decision-making.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing defence technology company where you will have real influence on product development, work alongside ambitious and positive colleagues, and grow professionally and personally in a lean organisation.
The company develops advanced light and laser applications for the European defence industry, with a particular focus on non-lethal solutions that improve protection, situational awareness and operational capability.
Its technology is developed and manufactured for demanding environments where reliability, precision and performance are essential. The company is currently entering an important phase of product development and growth.
As an Electronics Engineer, you will help develop the embedded hardware behind the company’s next generation of products.
This is a broad, hands-on position covering the full development process, from early concepts and electronic design to testing, validation and production readiness. You will work closely with colleagues across electronics, embedded software and mechanical engineering.
Approximately 90% of your time will be dedicated directly to product development. The organisation has few unnecessary meetings, short decision-making processes and close access to both specialists and management.
You will join a small and growing team working at the forefront of European defence innovation, with direct influence on products that move from technical concepts into operational use.
You have a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field, combined with experience in embedded hardware development.
You understand the interaction between hardware and software and are comfortable taking responsibility for your own designs and technical tasks. You can work independently while contributing actively to a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Experience with optoelectronics, LED systems, power electronics, RF design, C/C++, Python or military standards such as MIL-STD would be an advantage, but is not required.
The position is based in North Zealand.
