Job summary

Mane Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major projects in Denmark. The role covers tender through final account, with close collaboration to Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven electrical QS experience, strong knowledge of electrical construction projects, and demonstrable skills in valuations, variations and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven Electrical Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction projects.
• Experience managing projects from tender through to final account.
• Strong subcontractor and client management experience.
• Experience with valuations, variations, remeasurement and claims.
• Excellent commercial awareness and numerical ability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing project commercial performance from tender to final account.
• Preparing and managing BOQs, budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Managing subcontractor valuations, accounts, variations and final accounts.
• Preparing monthly applications for payment.
• Managing remeasurement, dayworks, variations and contractual claims.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Working closely with Planning and Project teams to align progress and cost reporting.
• Supporting commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintaining accurate commercial records and contractual documentation.
• Providing proactive commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
