Job summary

Arup Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the delivery of electrical design packages across MV, LV and ELV, from brief through commissioning. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors within a fast-growing, international team.

You will grow quickly with strong development prospects in Denmark, working on mission-critical, science/industry, and healthcare projects in a BIM-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations in Denmark/Scandinavia.
• Experience leading engineering design teams on complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of electrical design packages across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, discipline experts, clients, contractors, authorities, and public service providers to maintain momentum.
• Design MV, LV and ELV systems in a BIM environment.
• Lead, challenge, and coach a team of engineers to deliver high-quality work.
• Set and uphold high technical and quality standards across designs and deliverables.
• Review contractors’ design submissions and schedules for compliance.
