You will lead simulation‑driven designs across global sites, balancing performance, cost, and producibility while collaborating across disciplines and cultures.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge of electromagnetism and PM-motor design.
• Experience with Ansys Motor-CAD, Ansys Maxwell or similar tools, plus Python.
• Proven track record turning simulation-based designs into producible solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication in English and Danish.

Aufgaben

• Design and optimize electric motors using electromagnetic, thermal, NVH and mechanical simulations.
• Turn designs into producible, quality-approved solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary studies for stator and rotor modules balancing performance and cost.
• Coordinate prototypes and testing with global development and production teams.
• Explore new motor technologies and improve simulation tools, workflows and AI methods.
