Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related natural science field.
• Industry R&D experience in drug product development mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with injectable protein/peptide/antibody formulation and stability studies.
• Experience with quality expectations and clinical development documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, prioritize, interpret and report formulation studies supporting injectable drug products.
• Plan and execute studies in collaboration with scientists, technicians and specialists.
• Own high-quality documentation for internal and external purposes (clinical trial applications, patents).
• Provide scientific guidance and share formulation knowledge across the portfolio.
• Build cross-functional relationships and represent formulation perspectives with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk value chain.
