Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to own the strategy, governance, and health of Workday and Salesforce across the organization. You will lead a team of platform owners and work with business functions to ensure secure, compliant operations and continuous value delivery.

You will drive a major transformation including data migration from Workday to SAP S/4HANA, coordinating data mapping, integration planning, and cross-functional execution from day one.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise applications.
• Deep expertise in Workday and Salesforce or leadership across both.
• Proven governance model development for global platforms.
• Strong SaaS vendor, licensing, and partner relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for Workday and Salesforce.
• Chair platform governance forums with key stakeholders.
• Ensure security, reliability, and release management of platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end integration across Workday, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage vendor contracts and commercial oversight withSAM.
