Job summary

Bavarian Nordic in Kvistgård seeks a Senior Digital Training Professional to shape digital learning across our global organization. You will translate capability needs into training solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, AI, and data insights.

You will manage cross-functional projects, partner with stakeholders, and build accessible training materials that improve performance. English proficiency is required; Danish is not required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Strong end-user focus and ability to translate capabilities into practical training solutions.
• Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with LEAN and process-optimization.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken). Danish not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive small to medium-size projects centered around digitalization improvements in training and development.
• Facilitate and build high-impact training content using Bavarian Nordic’s training technologies.

You can expect occasional business travel, accounting for approximately 10-15% of your time.The roleAs Senior Digital Training Professional, you will develop and improve training concepts that make learning more effective, accessible and ultimately drives people and business performance. Working closely with stakeholders and end users, you will identify business opportunities, translate capability needs into training and development solutions, and use digitalization, automation, and data to strengthen training across our global organization.Your key responsibilities will be to:Drive small to medium-size projects, that are centered around digitalization improvements within the training and development fieldFacilitate and build high-impact training content based on Bavarian Nordic’s training technologiesTranslate business targets and opportunities into practical and digital solutions with a strong end-user focusUse data and insights to improve training processes and workflowsQualificationsWe imagine that you have experience working with training, capability building, learning technologies, digital transformation, or a related field.In addition, you bring:Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power PlatformA strong interest in leveraging AI, automation and digital solutions to improve learning and business processesExperience driving projects and simultaneous managing multiple stakeholdersExperience with LEAN and a drive towards process-optimizationStrong communication and facilitation skillsExperience working with data-driven decision-making and continuous improvementFull proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
